InfluStory Terms of Service

Official Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the InfluStory website and SaaS platform (https://influstory.com).

1. Service Provider and Definitions

The Service is operated by Robert Pietrzak under the registered business ROBERT PIETRZAK ENIAC. Contact email: influstoryhelpdesk@outlook.com.

InfluStory is a social media content creation and distribution platform allowing users to generate AI-assisted media and publish or schedule content across supported social channels.

2. User Account and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental consent to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.

sync_alt 3. Third-Party Platform Integrations (TikTok, Meta, Google)

InfluStory enables you to connect third-party social media accounts using official OAuth APIs. By connecting your accounts, you agree that:

  • TikTok: You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You represent that any content you publish via InfluStory to TikTok adheres to all applicable platform policies.
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): You agree to comply with Meta's Commercial Terms and Community Standards.
  • YouTube (Google): You agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
  • We do not store your third-party account passwords. Access is granted solely through encrypted OAuth access tokens that you may revoke at any time.

4. User-Generated Content & Prohibited Conduct

You retain ownership of the content (videos, images, captions) you create or upload to InfluStory. However, you agree not to use the Service to create or distribute:

  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or promotes violence.
  • Material that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Spam, malware, deceptive automated content, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Policy

InfluStory offers both free and premium paid plans (Wallet balance and monthly subscriptions). Payments are processed through Stripe and Google Play Billing.

Once digital credits or AI generations have been rendered upon your immediate request, the service is considered fulfilled. Refund requests may be submitted to influstoryhelpdesk@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase if no digital credits have been utilized.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. InfluStory does not warrant that third-party APIs (TikTok, Meta, Google) will operate without interruption or that content generated by Artificial Intelligence will be entirely error-free.

7. Governing Law and Contact
